well its everyones favorite day of the week!! i had a great weekend-i had out of town guests!!
we went around DC-I wouldn't say we did the "official" tour, but we did a tour.
it was cool we walked around and took pictures, we walked the mall, and even visited the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum-where I got good old astronaut ice cream-YUM!
then my "partner" heheh prepared a wonderful smorgasbord of food, that was quite delectable and filling!
all in all it was a cool weekend-
i'm sitting at my desk now listening to my stomach yell obscenities at me, i have not fed the beast yet, i have to go do blood work at the doctor, SO no food til after-boy i am famished
this week i am saddling back up to hit the gym hard and sweat a bit, the weather is starting to break and well let's just say i want things to be a-ok
on another note-my bestest friend got married last week so congrats to her and her new hubby!!
and to my neglectful brother-i hope you have some good tactics to make it up to me :)
so those are all my thoughts for now
