I hate to start the day with a sad blog, but sometimes its not about us and about what is.
So yesterday was a regular monday-the usual moans-groans-and yawns.
I noticed my new co-worker who is a retired agent now contractor wasn't in but no big deal
Then the email comes out.. And just like that things are put into perspective
Here is a man who just retired who's wife still was residing in washington state planning to move out in july with their boxer-a wife who was about to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary-and she passed sunday night
Here he was in dc not with her and yet so far away
I tell this story not to make anyone sad but to remind each and everyone of you how fragile life is and for those of you himming and hawwing in a relationship or holding back on anything in your life-MAN UP get it together-if you keep waiting for that perfect time or when you feel things are right-it may never happen or life has other plans
Tomorrow is not promised-not to good people nor bad-so whatever you are doing in your life go big or go home-dont string people along-if you can't get your act together don't bring them down with you let them have a chance at happiness
Sorry for the soapbox but there are too many people who would love another day and would never take anything or any moment for granted
So hold someone longer-kiss them more passionately-tell them you love them even more! Don't have regrets
