Ok it is not often that i say all hail my brother..because we all know he typically is the master of working my nerves and making my eyebrows curl and my eye balls twitch....
HOWEVER
I spent an amazing day with Joshykins on Sunday and it was filled with our favorite bonding subject-FOOD!
We went to the famous Katz deli-open since 1898 and shared a tasty-rific Corned Beef on rye and Pastrami with American Cheese -Swiss for him-and pickles
and then we went to THEPICKLEGUYS
to which i had to endure the smell of new pickles the WHOLE way home-omg...and to which i finally was able to partake when i safely made it to DC
but the point of my story is that my brother gave me a container of his Tomato Basil soup he made and all i can say is i am at my desk in HEAVEN
it is SO damn good...i may try to recreate it tonight for lunch for tomorrow and maybe i will make some chilli also...nothing like healthy alternatives
i cant even think straight...Josh you really put your foot in this one
