so today was the day I have been waiting for since last week-my boss came back!!!!
I am practically skipping around this piece!
So after recanting the abbreviated version of the actions of my mid level supervisor in her absence my boss told me enough was enough and her behavior and actions were unacceptable and i was honest to say that we had a verbal back and forth that i wasnt proud of but
bottom line-im going BACK to my old team-no questions asked-i guess i am glad my record is clean, my attitude is positive and speaks for itself so me and my actions were never in question and she actually said i didnt need to try to explain ANYTHING to her nor justify why i was out the office
AND when i mentioned how she said managers complained i leave early-she said NO she has not heard any such thing and just keep on what i'm doing
