i'm finishing the last of my thick oatmeal -YUM-i can almost feel it removing all the bad stuff from my arteries!! flushing my system!!! heheeh

I think I need to catch up with my twin-my Mom-and coordinate a trip because only she shares the same level of enthusiasm !!!
So this whole week has been so 1st gear for me-I was not up and early I was just strolling along-but hopefully next week I will be back on track with my runs and productiveness
