almost almost hump day!! yeaaaa
i just ate the last of my vanilla butter gooey bars-so ridiculous-i can see that those will NOT be put into the rotation too often-my arse would so NOT fit into any of my clothes...
its almost oatmeal time and today for lunch is my broccoli and cheese soup-yum
i am looking forward to another weekend of sleeping in and sleeping late and being bundled up and nice and cozy-i love fall-its always the perfect time to start getting close, hot chocolate and DVD's!
for me this time of the year always seems to speed by...its like the start of the year is slow and then we get to the end and its warp speed...its almost turkey day and before you know it the REAL festivities begin.
i am anxious to play my Christmas music , drink hot apple cider, with a cinnamon stick, oh the smell of a fresh tree and the smell of fireplaces, which i will never have because my better half is horribly afraid and against them..thank goodness for PIEDMONT!!! Crackle logs here i come!
so my thoughts today are really of my impending trip next week-vacations are SO nice-i relish the thought of being somewhere different and new and just taking in the sites and FOOD!!!
