so this all began a few weeks back when my brave soul decided to stand in line and get the flu shot at work, so i got it and in previous years i never had a problem nor did i get sick like SOME people always claimed happened to them, BUT this year I woke up the next day and felt like a bunch of dwarfs had attacked me
so I took some sick leave, well by the next week I was still questioning why i got the shot and by tuesday i had a irritated throat and eye so i check myself into the docs office-the verdict pink eye AND strep-GROSS GROSS double gross and YUCK!! so NOW i'm on house arrest-quarantine fine so i have had 5 days off of work which normally would be a blast instead i was BORED out my mind-but fine i get better i go to NYC feel good have a great time i am going about my business and start to develop a sore throat and anyone who knows me knows i have been plagued by sore throats fat tonsils for awhile-so after about a week i go back to the doc she gives me antibiotics (MORE are you kidding me) and tells me it might be allergies-now if i know one thing medically i know sore throat talk and lingo. this was NOT allergy sore throat and they tell me to gargle and i should be fine..now i am thinking i am at a 10 on the pain scale and have been laying with a towel on my pillow-WHY are you telling me to use baby chlorasepctic (sp)
long story short-im here at work today, my boss has made it clear i am ok to go whenever and she already said i dont look like myself-R said i dont look bad-or maybe she meant my 5 pound weight loss (hehehe)
anywho-so those are my chronicles and they all started from the flu shot-now when the H1N1 shot is offered here i think i will pass and start wearing a mask
