so its THAT day-YUP-FRIDAY!!
yesterday was so exciting-I am officially all moved in to my "new" place and I no longer have my place-for some reason it felt super exciting and different for lack of a better word

hmmmm dont really have a lot to say right now-

feeling high

i feel like a superstar! yesterday despite waking up at 1am and heading in to work-i was SO productive!

I took what could have been a long dragging day and made the best of it and smiled the whole time.

I went to work early and left early and went to the DMV-got my car inspected then went and got my tags and got away with no ridiculous fee like VA tried to charge me about a month ago, so big smile, THEN i left and went home, and saw Mr. R and smiled again, and to stay on top of my high-I went running and felt amazing after, and my wonderful darling waited on me to go to Target (score for me) sooo after my run I got to go to Target which always make me happy, then we got back and I must admit I was tucked in bed early to catch up on my much needed zzz's BUT yesterday was GREAT!!!!!

I hope everyone else had a good if not great and amazing day!
today things are smooth again-I'm here drinking my tea at my desk, I will be moving the last of my stuff today with a run thrown in there and my skin looks great-thanks Mom for the genes AND for introducing me to great skin care early!!

early rise

so i woke up to use the bathroom this morning around 1am and i could not go back to sleep so i figured i'd drag myself into work and get my day started and then leave early and take care of hopefully all my vehicle stuff and then get a run in and have a pretty productive day

so i just got here and i made my tea and my water bottle and got all my stuff up and then i went to my favorite people magazine website and on the front is news that Mike Tyson's 4 year old daughter died-for those who didn't know she got herself tangled in the cord for the treadmill at her mother's house like 2 days ago and has been on life support ever since-that is so sad and tragic-wow-i guess we can all say a little prayer and just be grateful again for our own lives and those of our loved ones, crazy stuff happens so be mindful of the words you say to people and the lasting impressions, at the end of each day make sure you are not harboring any grudges towards anyone-regret is not a meal easily digested

ok when i find interesting things i like to share them with you all so here is one and then a funny

kumkum-Many Indian women wear a small red dot on their foreheads for ceremonial purposes, including courtship and the courting of good fortune. That dot bears the name of the thing of which it is made-namely kumkum, the Hindi word for "saffron". SO NOW YOU KNOW!!

oh and for my funny-i saw a pin that read "please stop throwing your cigarette butts on the ground-the cockroaches are getting cancer"-heheheheeh

still memorializing!

not that i did anything significant to acknowledge Memorial Day-which I probably should have considering where I live-how shallow of me

instead i went and caught the ultimate chick flick which I will not even speak the name-although i KNOW of another chick who saw it the other week!
funny thing there were only 5 women in the whole theater-it was funny, because we all had our own rows and we were all alone, now i was not the sad single chick in their BUT i just chose to see some chick flick and was not going to dare ask R to go with me-

so me and my new Detroit Lions (thanks R!) went into the theater and kicked back
then i went to Old Navy and got some flip flops-i missed the 5/for $5 sale but oh well i got 2 pair and 2 tanks that everyone should be proud of-i got a kelly green and a blue (vibrant blue) might i add

i also ran over my vacation-my shins and lower extremities are a bit sore but i guess that's where the sadistic love of pain is coming in because i know its because im working
and i'm even starting to get some rib action-heheeh

the cleaning people at my job-first of all they are so trifling-they fit that stereotypical mode-they are loud, as if this is NOT a workplace-then due to the women in my area-the cleaning crew comes over here and commences to that chattiness and GOSSIP-in their NON inside voices!

holiday

so today is friday-major abbreviated day for the govies! I am super excited-my HTB-said I look super hot today :)

so my head is feeling a little big PLUS i want to praise the magiv of Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cleanser and their Ultra Facial Moisturizer with SPF 15 AND the key to my new glow-Clinique 7 day cream scrub-WHO KNEW!!!

Not to sound in love with myself-but man my face is starting to look velvety and smooth like my Kel's!!!
So I am happy with myself-BIG TIME-no makeup-just natural-and I'm glowing!!

yesterday I went back to my walk/run program and I must say I am so glad I did-so after i got back and i was all sweaty-i had a love myself mirror session and i know i am already pretty creative and delusional BUT man-i promise you either my body wasn't so bad and i was being my own worst critic BUT i promise it looked like my body responded to my little work yesterday-i dont know-it could have been one of my less critical moments BUT i must say i do love my body-sometimes i think my legs are skinny other times they look thick (shut up Josh)
BUT regardless-I am trying to stay motivated because i don't want muffin top and extra jelly in multiple places

sooo anyway-my cousins are having their 10 year reunion in jamaica next july and the last time i was there i was 18 and had like NO body fat -so i am motivated by that too
i want to be hot, healthy, and happy..i'm already comfortable in my skin, especially when my legs are shaved and i have a little oil on and i look all glowy and i smell good
but yea ok so that's where i am right now

i have a very healthy but yummy looking turkey sandwich with muenster cheese sitting on my desk flirting no make that seducing me-but i want to wait until 11:30 or 12

oh oh-so ive been on a quest to find a nice scenic and close in proximity location to run, SO yesterday I asked my Mom about running in the nearby cemetery BUT she nixed that idea-i wasnt sure which is why i asked-hmmmm

ok so i dont have much to say today-FOR NOW

i'm still commencing in my head!! for all the 2009 graduates-they made an error on J's diploma so i wondered if they put Janelle on it instead BUT he said no
oh well-guess i'll have to get my own!!
