3 days in a row

so i set out this week with a new plan on my fitness goals and i must say the hill has been climbed and now i am going downhill.

i am so happy to say i successfully got up my 3 mornings this week before work and ran. my new route is great-its all flat no hills so i am able to keep trucking the whole way. additionally now in the interest of time i walk to the corner and immediately start my run/jog opposed to walking all the way down the street-maybe on the weekends i can incorporate a longer run but for now during the week-i will keep it at 30

it has been annoying dealing with the traffic but i feel better that i have run and started my day off sweaty and with a clear mind and clear lungs!

not that my body is bad but i am loving it even more

this week has been crazy too-i have had to drive myself to work so my mornings have been quiet and given me more time to think and decompress on the way home from work

my thought for today...do we ever have enough money...once we get a certain amount dont we always want more..i guess unless you are donald trump or someone who have an endless amount but for the average joe -is there a magical number before we are content...is there a certain amount that must be maintained before the onset of kids...before we can get "that car"
is there ever really happy or even if we make more will we find new ways to spend it and ultimately then become unhappy again with the amount

or is the key to maintain a low fuss lifestyle and cutback on some of the areas we splurge in and finding new more cost efficient means for things-ie cutting coupons, carpooling, regular cable, not dining out all the time and maybe alternating months to eat out, can we as americans in todays economy stop and think about what we have deemed a necessity and think back to what kinds of things used to be important and what is now important....
just a thought
