this facebook epidemic is worse than swine flu
i promise after this week i will get it under control and not be such a fiend
now my thoughts are going to my coldstone creamery trip today-ive waited all week and i made sure to run everyday that i was supposed to in order to justify my indulgence!!
let me tell you JUST how GOOD i am-i went downstairs at work with the intention of getting a donut or maybe a bagel with cream cheese and then i looked and saw the bacon and sausage and biscuit and i thought of my old favorite sausage biscuit i used to make-and THEN i even stood in the DUNKIN line for 5 minutes and then I walked away-i thought i ran all week and i want coldstone-tell me that wasn't self control
oatmeal it is!!!
